This Privacy Policy explains how Octo8 (“we”, “our”, or “company”) collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users (“you” or “user”) of the Speaker Cleaner mobile application (“App”).

Our app does not use a server-based infrastructure. All sound generation and cleaning processes take place entirely on your device. However, we may collect the following data to improve the app experience:

Subscription payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card or payment information.

Cleaning history and app settings are stored only on your device (UserDefaults). This data is not transmitted to servers. When you delete the App, all local data is permanently deleted.

Analytics data is subject to the retention policies of third-party service providers.

We take industry-standard measures to ensure the security of your data. However, we remind you that no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage method is 100% secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.
