1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Speaker Cleaner application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) set by Octo8 (“we”, “our”, or “company”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Speaker Cleaner is a mobile application that helps clean water and dust buildup from iPhone speakers using sound waves. The app produces sounds at specific frequencies through the device’s built-in speaker to provide physical cleaning.

All sound generation and processing takes place entirely on the device. The app does not connect to any server or cloud service.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans

The App operates on a subscription model. Available plans:

  • Weekly Plan: Weekly auto-renewing subscription
  • Annual Plan: Annual auto-renewing subscription

Both plans include a 3-day free trial period.

3.2 Payment

  • All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
  • At the end of the free trial period, the subscription automatically begins unless cancelled.
  • The subscription fee is charged to your Apple ID account 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Prices are exclusive of taxes and may vary by region.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
  • Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy.
  • If you cancel during the free trial period, no charges will be applied.

4. Usage Rules

By using the App, you agree to follow these rules:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose (speaker cleaning and testing)
  • Do not wear headphones during app use
  • Follow the app’s safety warnings and instructions
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Do not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

5. Safety Warnings

To use the App safely:

  • Do not use headphones: Wearing headphones during cleaning can damage your hearing. The app automatically stops when headphones are detected.
  • Do not overuse: Running too many cleaning cycles in succession can stress the speaker. Follow the rest periods set by the app.
  • Water damage responsibility: The app helps eject water, but for serious water damage, we recommend consulting a professional repair service.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (including design, code, graphics, icons, and sounds) are the intellectual property of Octo8 and are protected by copyright laws. No content may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. Octo8:

  • Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
  • Cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the App.
  • Does not guarantee the same performance across all devices.
  • Does not guarantee cleaning effectiveness; results may vary based on device model, damage condition, and usage circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octo8’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. In-app notifications may be provided for significant changes.

9. Termination

In case of violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the App without prior notice. In case of termination, your active subscription will remain valid until the end of the current period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Turkey.
